Je kdo že urejal zadevo in kako je najlažje in najhitreje možno dobiti U.S. TIN za Amazon? Drugače Amazon withold-a 30% zaslužka.

You can get an EIN (Employer Identification Number also known as a Federal Tax Identification Number) in your business name, or if you do not have a registered business name, in your own name.

If you call the IRS on 267-941-1099 and ask for an EIN they can issue it over the phone.



I used Skype, costed me 90 cents and 24 minutes of time(had to spell out every letter of requested data).

A nice lady asked me for my name,country and adress and then she told me my EIN. She said I can start to use it right now, but they will also mail me certificate in a few weeks.

Now I just have to fill out W-8BEN form and send it to Amazon so I will only have to pay 10% instead of 30% taxes to US IRS Smile
