Log in to the PayPal account at https://www.paypal.com/

Click the "Resolution Center" sub-tab on your "Account Overview" page.

Click the "Fax Documentation" link on the "Limited Account Access Details"

page

Click on the "Continue to Fax Cover Sheet' "

Fill in the necessary information, print out the cover sheet and fax it

with your other documents. We will send an email to confirm that we

received your documents as soon as the fax enters our system

Please ensure that your faxed documents are valid and legible. As always,

any personally identifying information that you submit to PayPal will

remain secure and will never be transmitted to any third party.

If you are unable to locate the fax cover sheet in the resolution canter

please click on the link located below (you need to be log in to your

paypal account during this time).

If you are unable to fax in documentation which you have been requested to,

please go to the resolution canter and click on resolve limitation and from

there you should be able to upload documents instead of using fax machine.

čisto enostavno, akr tukaj piše je,d a se prijaviš, sprintaš njihov form, vpišeš podatke, dodaš druge zahtevane listine in vse skupaj faxiraš na njihov fax

Jah samo skeniri pasaport in pa eno položnico( utility bill ) kjer je tvoj naslov in ime ( dodatno zavarovanje, internet... ) in je .... pošlji preko faxa skupaj s tistim cover sheet ;)

Potem pa čakaš ....

bančni izpisek velja :S.... namreč za druga se ne spomnil da bi dobival kakšne položnice (sem še mladoleten)...
