Ok šumniki in wordpress ter kodiranje help

Popizdu bom =) Lihkar bom šel v tuš po kišto laškega in se ga bom nametou =)

Cel popoldne se že ubadam s stranjo templejtom

levi sidebar je oz. cel template je bil v ANSI kodiranju

vse sem na roke sejvov AS v UTF-8

sedaj pa levi sidebar mi noče shrant v UTF 8 oz. nevem kaj ga 'jebe'

in šumniki delajo v h2 naslovu ko pa katerkol plugin dodam npr anketo pa zjebe Č samo Č

In ne pogruntam kaj je wrong pa sem obrnil že celga googla okol
