Spodaj je del emaila, ki sem ga prejel od Googla, češ da je moja stran okužena... a te datoteke ali folderje, ki jih navajajo spodaj jaz ne najdem na serverju. Tudi če kliknem na te linke, so to prazni, neobstoječi ...

A to ma VPN avtomatiko da te tako opozorijo ali gre tukaj dejansko za complaint na VPN ponudnika, ta pa je to posredoval svojemu uporabniku?




To bi tudi sam rad vedu!?? Zgleda kot slednje, ampak ... nisem zihr...

Verjamem, da vsi kdaj pa kdaj zlovdamo kak film ali program preko torrenta, pa čeprav vemo, da je zadeva nelegalna... a nekako vsi to počnejo...



Zadnje čase slišim (nepreverjene) govorice, da so že kar nekaj uporabnikov torrentov sodno preganjali in da so morali plačti kazni, zato sem se odločil, da (če že) zlovdam kak torrent, naredim to preko VPN-ja. Nabavil sem Hide my Ass VPN in včeraj sem zlovdal en film preko Partisa in ponoči dobil sledeči email od HideMyAss:




Dear xxxxxxxx,

We have received a file sharing complaint and the date, time, and IP address provided match the date, time, and IP address your VPN account was in use. Illegal file sharing is against our terms of service and we cannot ignore breach of copyright complaints, as such we kindly ask you to stop sharing said files to comply with this request. Please note repeated offences may result in permanent suspension.

Why did I receive this complaint?

Anti-piracy companies automatically monitor public bit-torrent trackers usually for US IP addresses that are involved in illegally sharing copyrighted material. These companies then send a file sharing complaint to the underlying ISP behind the IP address, and this ISP then forwards the complaint on to us. We are legally required to forward on the complaint to the suspected customer.

Domza, se strinjam, ampak vseeno tracking number je čista katastrofa ... če istega preverjaš na več tracking straneh, vsak kaže čisto drugače ...
