PayPal support - ni odgovora?

Imam business acc na PayPalu, odgovora od supporta ni že več kot 10 dni, poslal sem že dva emaila preko kontaktnega obrazca na strani.

Zaradi enega manjkajočega podatka v nastavitvah ne morem več plačevati z računom (plačila še vedno lahko prejemam), kar pa žal pomeni, da tudi strankam ne morem vrniti kupnin (odstop od nakupa).

Kako priti v stik z njimi?? Stranke mislijo, da jih nategujem... Skratka obup.

PayPal support je od kar ga uporabljam poden od podna. Maili še nekako delujejo, ko pokličem me 6x preusmerijo in vedno znova delati verifikacijo ... skratka obup!

Sem ugotovil v čemu je fora, da ti sploh odgovorijo.
Takoj po oddaji sporočila preko webforma dobiš na svoj email njihov avtomatski potrditveni email, kjer so FAQ. In fora je, da moraš potem še na ta potrditveni email odgovoriti (:eyeroll), če želiš odgovor.

Ko sem odgovoril še na ta email, sem potem dobil odgovor v 24 urah.

Jaz pokličem na tisto številko, ki je objavljena. V zadnjih mesecih sem klical cca. 5k in vsakič sem dobil nekoga takoj, brez čakanja pa vse smo uredili po telefonu.

@pavletic; Mi smo imeli podoben primer. Klical sem jih 10x, vedno se je nekdo javil. Da so nam sprostili račun pa je trajalo skoraj 14 dni, čeprav so bojda vzeli to kot urgentno in čeprav smo vse informacije zagotovili takoj. Good luck :)

Ze skoz je tako (leta).

Jst bom znoru.

Prvi odgovor je bil sicer super, ugotovili so, da morajo spet narediti review accounta in mi rekli, da bodo to storili ASAP, kar se je tudi res zgodilo.

No, naredili so ta review in ugotovili, da moram spremeniti business type v "Sole proprietorship" in da moram poslati ponovno dokazilo naslova in dokazilo identitete. To moram narediti v 7ih dneh, drugače mi zaprejo račun.

Glede dokazil kar nekaj, slednji dve dokazili sem že zdavnaj poslal in je bilo vse OK. No, kakorkoli, to ni problem.

Glavni problem je, ker nimam nikjer opcije "Sole proprietorship". To sem jim tudi napisal, nazaj pa sem dobil copy / paste prvotnega emaila, kjer samo piše, da moram spremeniti v "Sole proprietorship", drugače mi zaprejo račun.

Po 4 dneh in 4 poslanih emailih še vedno ni odgovora od njih. Predvidevam, da torej obstajajo še 3-je dnevi časa, preden mi zaprejo račun z nekaj tisoč evri..

Da popizdiš. Jutri jih pokličem. Če ima kdo idejo, kje dobiti na računu opcijo "Sole proprietorship", se priporočam.

Vse opcije, ki jih vidim, so te:

FUUUUUCK, pravkar sem spet dobil od njih nek generičen email, ki niti približno ne odgovarja na moja vprašanja. A so normalni?!
