Pozdravljen Lamakis,

P.S.

Da ne bo nesporazuma.

Jaz sprašujem glede koriščenja Amazonovih skladiščih (FBA - ti pošlješ izdelke v njihovo skladišče in potem Amazon sam pošilja kupcem izdelke iz teh skladišč) in kako v tem primeru urediti stvari z uvozom v ZDA.

OK.

Tule nekaj uporabnih info (samo nič on Nexus):

http://services.amazon.co.uk/services/global-selling/taxes-regulations-us.html

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requires U.S. third-party settlement organizations and payment processors, including Amazon, to file Form 1099-K for U.S. taxpayer sellers who meet both of the following thresholds in a calendar year:

More than $20,000 in unadjusted gross sales.

More than 200 transactions.

IRS regulations require non-U.S. taxpayers to provide a Form W-8BEN to Amazon in order to be exempt from U.S. tax reporting requirements. As a result of these and other upcoming regulations, the following sellers are required by Amazon to provide taxpayer identification information to Amazon:

All Professional sellers.

Individual sellers that exceed 50 transactions in a calendar year, regardless of sales volume.

During your seller account registration, you can provide your information to Amazon using a self-service interview process that will guide you through entering your taxpayer information and validating your W-9 or W-8BEN form. In order to fulfil the IRS requirements as efficiently as possible, answer all questions, and enter all information requested during the interview. You can also find the interview form in Seller Central, under Settings > Account Info > Legal Entity (sign-in required).....nadaljevanje na zgornjem linku...

No, niti Amazon se ne želi izreči ali ob dejstvu, da kot nonUSA podjetje koristiš njihov FBA si obvezan by Nexus zbirat in plačati davek v vsaki USA državi, kjer ima Amazon svoje skladišče.

Sem dobil njihov uraden odgovor glede tega:

This is related to taxes. Amazon does not do taxes. So as it's stated in the participation agreement, seller's are responsible about county taxes. In this case what we recommend sellers is to contact their tax adviser about their tax responsibilities.

http://www.internetmojster.com/splosno/zadrzan-davek-us-amazon.html

2 $ brez DDVjastrošek prevoza in uvoza USA

3 $ brez DDVja (Amazon FBA stroški in stroški pošiljanja k stranki)

In tako sem si pridelal 1$ minusa?

Torej moram jaz če želim zaslužiti 5$ moram ceno nastaviti na 26 $ ?

Importer of Record

An Importer of Record (IOR) is required for merchandise entering the United States. The IOR is responsible for: (1) ensuring the imported goods comply with local laws and regulations, (2) filing a completed duty entry and associated documents, and (3) paying the assessed import duties and other taxes on those goods.

Amazon, including our fulfillment centers, will not act as an IOR for any shipment of FBA inventory. This applies to shipments of any size or value, regardless of origin and product.

Non-Resident Importers

Entry of goods into the United States may be made by a non-resident (foreign) IOR. To become a non-resident IOR, please contact your customs broker or carrier for details.

Customs Brokers

Customs brokers are private individuals or firms licensed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to prepare and file the necessary customs entries, arrange for the payment of duties owed, arrange for the release goods from CBP custody, and otherwise represent importers in customs matters.

To find a list of customs brokers, visit the "Locate a Port of Entry" section of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website. Select the state you will be importing into, select the city, and then click the Brokers link below the city information. If you do not know what port you are shipping into, Fedex, UPS, DHL, Expeditors International, and Samuel Shapiro are familiar with Amazon policies and may be able to help.

FedEx: www.fedex.com

UPS: www.ups.com

DHL: www.dhl.com

Expeditors International: www.expeditors.com

Samuel Shapiro: www.shapiro.com

We suggest you contact your freight forwarder or courier in advance of shipping any inventory in order to understand their fees and requirements.

Duties, Taxes, and Shipping Costs

Amazon will not be responsible for or collect any duties, taxes or shipping costs associated with FBA inventory. All shipments are required to use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), or sometimes referred to as “Free Domicile,” shipping terms. Any shipment arriving at an Amazon fulfillment center with collect charges, including any duties, taxes or shipping costs, will be refused without further concession.

Shipping Documentation

An Amazon fulfillment center may be listed as the "deliver to" party on your shipping documentation. Here are some examples of how this should appear on the shipping documentation:

Example 1: Amazon.com.kydc

[Seller Legal Name] c/o FBA

1850 Mercer Drive

Lexington, KY 40511 USA

Example 2: Amazon.com.dedc

[Seller Legal Name] c/o FBA

500 McCarthy

Lewisberry, PA 17339 USA

Please ensure your contact information is included on the shipping documentation in case there are any questions regarding your shipment.

Ultimate Consignee

While Amazon will not act as the Importer of Record, we may be listed as the Ultimate Consignee on your shipping documentation only if the name of the Amazon entity is followed by “in care of FBA.”

If you list Amazon as the Ultimate Consignee, your customs broker must contact Amazon at sellerimports@amazon.com in advance of shipping any inventory to obtain the EIN or Tax ID # required for customs clearance.

Return of Imports

Amazon is currently unable to return inventory stored in Amazon fulfillment centers to an address outside of the United States. Furthermore, FBA does not currently support pick-up options for sellers at Amazon fulfillment centers. If you wish to have your inventory returned to you, you must supply a return address in the United States in the Create Removal Order form within Seller Central.

Commercial invoice-

When your goods are ready for shipment from the manufacturer or distributor, the shipper prepares the commercial invoice. It’s critical that the commercial invoice be accurate to avoid delays clearing customs. The following information should be included on the commercial invoice:

The date of the invoice

The names of the buyer and seller, including addresses(Amazon should not be shown as the buyer or the seller on the commercial invoice).

The name and complete address of the seller or manufacturer

The shipper’s contact name, company name, address, and tax ID number

The ship-to address. Here, enter "In care of," and then the name and address of the Amazon fulfillment center where you are shipping the goods.

Importer of record. This field must contain the shipper's name, if it is the same as the owner of the goods. Do not leave this information blank; this will result in the shipment being refused and returned.

Mode of shipment

Detailed description of the goods being invoiced. Include the following:

Customs Harmonized Codes, if known

Number of units

Unit values

Total value of each product. For samples or products with no commercial value, a nominal or fair-market value must be stated for customs purposes.

The type of currency of the transaction

The terms of the sale. Note that correct terms must be Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). The shipper or FBA seller should pay all applicable duty and taxes and be responsible for clearing customs before delivery to the Amazon fulfillment center. You are not authorized to import goods in the name of Amazon or to show Amazon as the declarant, or importer of record on the customs entry documentation.

Shipment tracking number. For shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers, include the Amazon FBA Shipment ID that you receive when you create the shipment in your Amazon seller account. The shipment tracking number can also be an air waybill number if you are sending the package via a carrier service such as FedEx or UPS.

Any certifications

Name of the carrier transporting the goods

Freight payment terms

Reason for export

Mojo nabavno ceno? Ali končno ceno?
